She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bell and Ocie Lee Rogers Simpson; her husband Fred Smith; and her siblings, Joe Simpson, Wayne Simpson, Ivy Hudson, Katie Mason and Lilly Millirons.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Mary) of Lost Cane, AR, Jerry Smith (Tommye) of Texarkana, TX and Teisa Daniel (Eugene) of Manila, AR. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
