He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Stotts and Fred Stotts; and his sister Mary Jane "MJ" Robbins. He is survived by: his cousin Jim; his sister Gwendolyn Whyers; his wife Janet Heflin Stotts; his former wife Berta Brewer; his daughters, Shawna Nielsen (Rick), Dawna Haley (Tim) and Tracy Stotts of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Alese Nielsen and Ryan Nielsen (Breanna); and his great grandchildren, Roman and Haven.
Instead of flowers, donations may be made to a local chapter of the FFA or the Texarkana Flying Club.
