He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sue Middleton Broom of Mooringsport, Louisiana and Douglas Broom; his sister-in-law Karen Moon Braswell; his wife Gina Moon Broom of Texarkana, Arkansas; his son Christian Broom of Texarkana, Texas; his close friend Matthew Miller; his sister-in-law Angie (Tommy Pilgreen) of Texarkana, Texas; and his nephew Gage Pilgreen.
