George Akin Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 6, 2023, at the age of 65, George Akin of Texarkana, Texas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent McKinney Akin; and his brother William Akin. He is survived by: his mother Willene Akin; his wife Judy Akin; his children, J. B. Flowers (Nancy), Collin Akin and Lacey Corbett (Adam); and his grandchildren, Ashton Flowers, Jasmine Flowers, Kaitlin Corbett, Blakely Corbett and Terrance Revill. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren; as well as a host of relatives and friends.
