He is survived by: his daughters, Shelia Murrah (Avery Murrah) of San Antonio and Carolyn Ann Moore (Donny Moore) of Allen; his brother-in-law David Pillow (Myrna Pillow); and his grandchildren, Brian, Stephen (Jennifer Murrah), Kristin Moore Jordan (Molly Beth Moore Recasens), Stephanie West Bouwhuis and Angela West Dixon (Ryan West).
