It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Davis Thomas of Texarkana, Texas, born in Linden, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edgar Thomas and Ima May Burleson; and his wife Carol Anne Hall Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Steve Thomas (Djuana) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Lisa Lindsey (Kenny) of Camden, Arkansas and Mark Thomas (Annette) of Enid, Oklahoma; his brother Joe Earl Thomas (Clydene); and his grandchildren, Ashley Earl (Shawn), Stephanie Thomas, Garret Thomas (Jessica), Allison Upchurch (Morrison), Lane Thomas, Carolina Thomas, Josephina Thomas, Rebekah Loomis (Logan), Rachel Shearman, Chris Lindsey, Krystal Pennington (Chris), Kellye Wilson, Jason Lindsey, Tyler Lindsey (Destiny), Jessica Edwards and Alexander VanRijn. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
