She is survived by: her children, Regina Reece Hawkins, Randy Reece (Kimberly) and Sonya Reece; her grandchildren, Kenneth Hawkins, II, Cortlandt Bursey-Reece and Chandler Bursey-Reece; her great grandchild Kenneth Hawkins, III; and her siblings, Bobby Reece of Texarkana, Texas, Harold Reece of Houston, Betty Pace of Houston, Clara Louise Tilghman of Plano and Carolyn Pickett of Snellville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Haynes Mortuary, Inc. (7238 W 7th St, Texarkana, TX 75501). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Baptist Church (2921 Norris Cooley Dr, Texarkana, TX 75501).
