He is survived by: his children, Jackie and Teresa; his wife Caldon Lewis; his children, John Lewis Jr. (Gregory Pree) and Jacquelyn Rush (Teresa Hunt); his siblings, Argentiner Moore, James Lewis (Fannie) and Howard Lewis; and his sister-in-law Shirley Bradford (George). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
