He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bayless Brooks of Texarkana, Texas; his son Brandon; his daughter-in-law Toni Brooks of Texarkana, Texas; his siblings, Bill Brown of Richmond, Kentucky and Margaret; his brother-in-law Dick Williams of West Liberty, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Brandon Paul Brooks (Meagan) and Victoria Brooks Owens (Shawn).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
