He is survived by: his wife Bertie Y. Fuller; his children, Joseph G. Fuller Jr. (Alicia) of Texarkana, TX, Pamela Moore (David) of Texarkana, TX, LaCrystal Cheathem (Johnathan) of Texarkana, TX, Tiffany Kennedy (Tony) of Texarkana, TX and Helen McElveen of Houston, TX; his sisters, Oreada "Rita" Sims and Wyverne (Steve); his mother-in-law Helen Franklin of Chicago, IL; his godson Keith Jones; and his close friends, Mother Dorothy Jones, Superintendent Daryl and Evangelist Renee Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends.
