She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Avant. She is survived by: her son Ray; her daughter-in-law Lisa Avant of Center Point, TX; her daughter Renea; her son-in-law Don McMillon of Texarkana, TX; and her grandchildren, Michael and Cheyenne Avant of Center Point, TX.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
