She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Bob Bell; her parents, Cecil Hall and Ethel Hall; her sister Bobbie Chambers; her parents-in-law, Joe and Muriel Bell; and her siblings-in-law, Bud Bell, Earl Harvey, Dick Bell and Ina Bell.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Roy Melton; her son Joe of Texarkana; her daughter-in-law Sharon Bell of Texarkana; her grandchildren, Jennifer Heintschel (Jared) of Hooks, Denver Bell of Texarkana, Monica Melton of Texarkana and Nichole Callahan (Herbert) of Texarkana; her great grandchildren, Alexis Bell, Evan Heintschel, Olivia Anderson, Jazmyn, Tytis and Novah Callahan; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Harvey of Mena, Donna Bell of Arrowsmith, Illinois, Rev. David, Debbie Bell of Ozark, Missouri and Rex Chambers of Texarkana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
