He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Edward Lewis and Marie Barlow Lewis; and his in-laws, Anne and Vance Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Taylor Lewis; his daughter Amy Lewis Jones of Wake Village; his grandchildren, Alexander Lewis Jones (Katherine) of Fort Worth and Taylor Gardener of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his brother-in-law Mike Taylor (Jan) of Wake Village.
