He is survived by: his close friend Emily Boyd of Texarkana, Texas; his parents, Lonnie Johnson and Evie Johnson of Texarkana, Texas; his children, Carter Johnson of Texarkana, Keston Johnson of Texarkana, Texas, Preslynn Bates, Traci Green and Clint Green; his sister Crystal Johnson of Texarkana, Texas; his grandmother Maria Grana of Texarkana, Texas; and his brothers, Chris Polomsky and Ricky Starnes, Jr..
