He is survived by: his wife Jane Sams Thomas; his sons, Philip Thomas (Kristi) of Highland Village, TX. and Barry Thomas (Jenifer) of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Adam, Elizabeth and Andrew; his sister Carolyn Sue Lesh (John) of Oak Harbor, WA.; and his siblings-in-law, Billy and Jessie Sams of Texarkana. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
