It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaTrelle Shurtleff of Texarkana, Texas, born in Rosedale, Mississippi, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Milton Harrison; her husband Joe Neil Shurtleff; her mother Thelma Lee Harrison Beasley (Shipp); her stepfather Lawrence N. Beasley; and her grandparents, W. S., Lerlene Harrison, John C. and Ona Shipp.

She is survived by: her son David Shurtleff; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Shurtleff of Texarkana, Arkansas; her daughters, Rhonda (David Salinsky) and Sondra Senn of Elgin, Texas; her brother Charles D. Harrison, MD; her sister-in-law Sue Ellen of Zanesville, Ohio; her sisters, Sandra (George Thomasson), Georgia and Debra (Bob Embry); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Clinton, Danielle, Leah and Tanner. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and other relatives.
