He is survived by: his wife Nova Smith; his daughter Lauryn; his son-in-law Elijah Okai of San Diego, California; his son Lester Smith Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kimiya Smith of DeKalb, TX; his brothers, David Smith of New Boston, Texas and Eddie; his sister-in-law Reatha Whiteman of Cooksville, TX; his brother Micheal; his sister-in-law Mandy Whiteman of New Boston, TX; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Brandon Butler of Hooks, TX.; his grandchildren, Amirah Love of Little Rock, AR, Arie Love and Amar Love of Okinawa, Okinawa; his close friends, James and Teisha Williams of New Boston, TX; and his daughter Kandice Wise. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
