He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Vaughan and Margie Vaughan; his wife Doris; his daughter Terri L. Vaughan; and his sister Helen Jean.

He is survived by : his children, Tracy (Gay) of Texarkana, TX and Cari Sue Brown of Texarkana, TX.; and his caregiver Carney.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walnut Church of Christ (2720 Moores Ln, Texarkana, TX 75503). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials are welcomed and may be made to Walnut Church of Christ or your favorite animal care facility. (Max watched Dr. Pol every night!).
