Barnes; his children, Benjamin Johnson (Karren) of Wichita Falls, TX, Elizabeth Johnson of Indianapolis, IN, Kendra Johnson (Maurice) of Houston, TX, Krystal Patterson of Houston, TX, Ohemaa and Fezeka Barnes of Texarkana, TX; his grandchildren, Sadaja Riddick-Johnson, Jayden Johnson, Dominic Moss, Tahj Chandler, JaCoby Gary, RaeAnn Turner, Kason Patterson and Natalie Fontenot; his great grandchildren, Gavyn and Naomi; and his siblings, Larry Johnson (Toni) of South Bend, IN, Tony Johnson of Fishers, IN, Gary Johnson (Iris) of Elkhart, IN, Marvin Johnson (Cynthia) of Elkhart, IN and Ann Renee Calhoun of Elkhart, IN.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St James AME Church (122 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Elkhart, Indiana 46616).
