He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Michael Speer (Cynthia) and Kelli Speer (Emyli); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Oakes (Randy) and Caleb Speer; his stepchildren, Marti Garren (Joe) and Joe Joe Dawson (Autumn); his stepgrandchildren, Braylen Garren, Jessie Garren, Kate Gray (Kyle), Malachi Dawson, Judah Dawson and Ezra Dawson; his sisters, Carla Lacy and Marion Branson; and his sister-in-law Melony Speer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
