She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Daniel "Jack" Dees; her son-in-law Greg Bennett; her sister Margie Williams (Homer); and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Wooley and Joy Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Deidra Bennett of Texarkana and Johnny Dees Jr. (Susan) of Magnolia; her siblings, Judy Scott (Wayne) of Taylor and James White of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Landyn Dees of Dallas, Madison Dees of Scottsdale, Blair Bennett of Dallas, Dr. Brent Bennett (Morgan) of Texarkana and Wes Bennett (Kaci) of Texarkana; her great grandchildren, Maxwell Bennett, Madge Bennett, Hadley Bennett and Grace Bennett; her brother-in-law Don Wooley of Magnolia; and her close friends, Melissa, Michelle and Meredith. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
