She is survived by: her husband Jerry Leftwich; her children, Preston (Tabitha Leftwich) and Courtney Leftwich Parnell (Reid Parnell); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ryleigh, Kinslee, Ainslee, Jhett and Hunter; her sisters, Brenda Campbell and Cecelia Henderson of Texarkana, Arkansas; her mother-in-law Reba Leftwich of Texarkana, Texas; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Leftwich Browning (Kip Browning). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
