He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Reginald and Sarah Jesteen Davis Usrey; his grandparents, Clinton and Margaret Usrey; and his aunts, Oleta Chasteen and Rosalie McNease.
He is survived by: his wife Micki Lunceford Usrey of Texarkana, Texas; his children, Timothy Wayne Usrey (Kelly Contella), Scott (Amy Usrey) and Kristie; his son-in-law Dustin Shepherd of Temple, Texas; his brother Brad Usrey of Longview, Texas; his cousin Annette Holder of De Kalb, Texas; his grandchildren, Chase (Lauren Ann Usrey), Brett (Kelsi Usrey), Chynna Usrey (Christopher Powell), Tai Tuatagaloa, Brooke Usrey, Nik Tipps and Bailey Usrey (Gianna Uren); and his great grandchildren, Lydia Usrey, Lillian Usrey, Emma Rutledge, Grayson Rutledge, Reid Usrey, Nolan Robert Usrey and Luca Powell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
