He is survived by: his wife Layne Ford Millican; his children, Martin Millican (Briana), Chance Yount (Lacy), Thomas Millican (Samantha) and Kaci Harris (Kevin); his grandchildren, Parker, Lee, Kaden, Sara, Blade, Abigail, Canden, Peyton, Monroe, Magnolia, Caden, Kolten and Gracelyn; his great grandchildren, Billie and Tatelyn; and his sisters-in-law, Tami Ford and Toni Philips.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to assist with funeral expenses.
