She was predeceased by : her parents, George White and Nora White; her husband James Franks; and her sister Beverly White of Rochester. She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy Bonner (Jeff) of Texarkana and Debi Tharp of Texarkana, TX; her grandchildren, Jason Bonner (Brandy) and Chasity Franks; and her great grandchildren, Tayla and Jakiah Franks.
