He is survived by: his children, Kayla Underwood (Dalton) of Texarkana, Stormie Mooneyham (Nicole) of Texarkana, Logan Dawson of Texarkana and Samuel Dawson of Texarkana; and his siblings, Johnny Mooneyham, Carl Mooneyham and Rena Whiteside. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
