He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Poplin and Vivian Poplin; his brother Hugh; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Poplin and Lou Love; and his niece Lindsey Hickey.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Poplin; his daughters, Jessica Clanton (Chris) and Hanna Crider (Ryan); his granddaughters, Zoey and Hannah; his siblings, Martha Love, Melba Hickey (Larry), Melissa Hammer (Tim) and David Poplin (Ann); his brothers-in-law, Wanette Dykes (Ben) and Bruce Slavin; Steve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
