He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Stuart Phillips and Claude Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Autrey Phillips; and his daughter Suzanne Phillips. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (400 E 6th St, Texarkana, AR 71854).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to First United Methodist Church in Texarkana, Arkansas, or to the Salvation Army, honoring Stuart's spirit of generosity and faith.
