He was predeceased by: his parent Harlon Orr. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Orr; his wife Ginger Orr of Wake Village, Texas; and his children, Shauna Stout of Wake Village and Mark Baird of Texarkana. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
