He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Sullivan and Maude Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Beth Sullivan of Texarkana; his son Dr. Ronald Dayton Sullivan (Angie) of Tallahassee, Florida; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Dayton and Harper; and his sisters, JoAnn Thomas of Gurdon and Gerry Lynn Ward (William) of Lufkin, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
