She is survived by: her husband Vincent Nelson; her daughter Erica Nelson; her brothers, Christopher Vaughn (Stephanie) and Claude Barry (Iphogenier); her nephews, Clayton Vaughn (Yasmine), Korbyn Vaughn and Ontario Williams; and her cousins, Omazell Hooks, Hazel Bell, Herbert Miles, Patrick Miles, Bettye Whiteside, Elwood Whiteside, Scott Whiteside, Rosalyn Houff, Cynthia Wilson, Jill Johnson, Roy Miles Jr. and Russell Bagsby.
