She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Guyton and Willie Guyton. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Orr; her daughter Windy Williams (Rich Trujillo) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; her stepsons, Gregg Orr (Pam), Keith Orr (Pam) and Lyle Orr (Mary Jo); and her cousins, Debi Coleman of Texarkana and Connie Thomason of Hot Springs, Arkansas.. She is also survived by friends, as well as her beloved dogs and cats.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Vicki's honor to the Randy Sams Outreach Shelter or the Texarkana Animal League.
