He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall; his children, William Hall III (Heather), Christopher Rathburn (Stephanie) and Shelley Furlow (Keith All) of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Jared, Lacie, Holli, Alannah, Hadleigh and Landon. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
