It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William V. Garner of Texarkana, Texas, born in Patterson, Arkansas, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Pitts Garner of Texarkana; and his children, Bruce A. Garner of Texarkana, Texas, Cyndy K. Haydon (Billy) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Curtis W. Garner of Texarkana and Connie Holder (David) of Atlanta, Texas. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.

Those wishing to memorialize Bro. William and Edna may make contributions to the William and Edna Garner Scholarship Fund at William Baptist University, 56 McClellan Drive, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas 72476, or to Cornerstone Baptist Church 3900 Union Rd. Texarkana, Arkansas 71854.
