He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ray and Theresa Ray (Abercombie); and his granddaughter Angel Watt. He is survived by: his wife Reniece Ray; his son William Patrick Watt; his siblings, Alfred Ray, Jr. (Gay) and Alecia Lemelle; his granddaughters, Alexis Horne, Anna Sophia Watt and Xara Watt; and his pet Honey Biscuit.
