She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kelm and Adele Kelm; her husband Harry Schwarz; her sister Bobbie Love; and her granddaughter Natalie Schwarz.

She is survived by: her sons, Harry Wayne Schwarz (Eve) and Mickey Schwarz (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Chris Schwarz (Sonya), Stephanie Link (Sean) and Hollye Schroeder (Holden); and her great grandchildren, Aurora, Akira Schwarz, Connor, Collin Link, Henlye, Heston, Hansen, Hayes and Harrison Schroeder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church or Thorndale Cares, honoring Billye's life and legacy.
