It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Powell of Three Rivers, Texas, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kempton and Mildred Irene Eldredge (Gray); her husband Kenneth Powell; and her son David Lee Powell. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lynne Bellows (Richard) of George West, Kenneth Eldon Powell II (Connie) of Simmons and Mary Ann Powell Garza of Corpus Christi; and her grandchildren, Kristina Lynne Bellows, Richard Douglas Bellows, Letisha Powell Doyle, Alicia Powell Atkinson, Wesley Powell, Heath Powell, Contessa Powell Dillard, Devin Tyler Garza, Kodi Eldon Powell and Jade Daniella Garza.
