He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Dickens and Emily Dickens; and his brother Lloyd Dickens. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Dickens of Mathis; his children, David Kelley (Donna) of Mathis, Michael Kelley (Angel) of San Antonio and Emily Richard of New Braunfels; his grandchildren, Skylar Kelley, Wylde Kelley and Charlotte Richard; his niece Cindy Laqua of Hallettsville; and his nephew Jeff Laqua of Hallettsville. He is also survived by Numerous other family members and friends.
