He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fred" Thoms and Bernice Thoms (Turk); and his siblings, Dudley Thoms and Deanie Ploeger. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Thoms; his children, Suzanne Thoms-Knowles (Monte), Jeff Thoms, Sarah Thoms and Deann Moore (Trey); and his grandchildren, Wells and Weston Moore.
