He is survived by: his children, Angela Mullins, Jason Mullins (Kim) and Jonathan Mullins (Jodi); his grandchildren, Megan Lindsey, Fischer Rothenberger, Jacey Stockle, Hunter Mullins, Jorja Mullins and Jhett Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Chandler, Lacyn, Dakota, Blakelynn, Cayson, Cole, Sawyer, Jolea and Wrenleigh.
