He is survived by: his wife Juanita Foshee Ballard; the mother of his children Drewan Smith Nugent; his children, Melissa Ballard and Craig Ballard; his sisters, Sarah Hanson (Kenneth Hanson) and Jeannie Ford (Ozay Ford); his grandchildren, Bode Ballard of Timpson, TX. and Shelby Ballard of Timpson, TX.; his daughter Michelle McCarley (family: Lori Mendoza); and his grandchild Memphis.
