He was predeceased by : his father Henry Sitka. He is survived by : his mother Martha Sitka; his wife Sheila; his sons, James Sitka (Jessie) and Dillon Sitka; his grandchildren, Callen and Carter Sitka; his siblings, Susan Bujnoch (Marvin), Gayle Wesson (Bruce), Ron Sitka (Peggy), Robert Sitka (MaryLee) and Roger Sitka (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Amy Cantu (Roland) and Thomas Darilek (Roxanne).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the organization of donors choice.
