It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Harris of Tom Bean, Texas, born in Howe, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fielder Harris and Jewel Dean Harris; his wife Betty Shrode; and his siblings, Jack, Dan, Alan, Phil Harris and Brenda Scales.

He is survived by: his children, Ricky Harris (Charlene) of Copeville, TX, Becky Belt (Gary) of Lubbock, TX and Debbie Perdue (Don) of Sherman, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
