She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Teague and R. T. Teague; her husband John McAlpine; and her siblings, Nelda Teague Placker, Gary Teague and Grady Teague.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debora Kunkel (Richard), Michelle Bruegging (Brad) and Lisa Thompson (Randall); her grandchildren, Zachary Kunkel (Hannah), Claire Kunkel, Kyle Bruegging, Amy Kearney (Brendan), Foster Thompson and Noah Thompson (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Ellis, Parks Kunkel and Sophia Thompson; and her sister-in-law Patricia King. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
