He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lynn Welch; his children, Dave Welch Jr. (Erika), Stephanie Buses (Benjamin), Lisa Morgan (Jonathan), Becca Tavera (Yorman) and Rick Welch (Grace); his grandchildren, Keira, Katelyn, Guinevere, Emma, Paisley, Scarlett, Evelyn, Zachary, Josphine, Blake, Joshua, Natalie, Madison, Camille, Elodie, Cedric, Gianna, Wynnstan and Juliette; and his siblings, Joe, Melissa, Herb, Wayne, Jerry, Jim, Wendy and Sara.
