He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. DeHay and Helen Froehlich DeHay; his daughter Tammy Connolly; his grandson Boomer Connolly; and his sisters, Dorothy Ashley (Charles) and Katherine Burts.
He is survived by: his wife Linda DeHay; his children, Donald E. DeHay, Jr. (Lisa), Patricia C. Embree (Rick) and Kim Henderson (Randy); his brothers, Jerry DeHay and Charles DeHay; and his brother-in-law Leonard Burts. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Donald's memory.
