He is survived by: his son Donald Joseph Winters (Cecilia) of Tomball, TX; his brother Kenneth (Regina Winters); his sister-in-law Shirley Winters of Wellsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Twyla Orosz (Colt), Ashley Henn (Cory) and Brianna Winters; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Jayce and Brady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
