She was predeceased by: her former husband Jackson C. Hawkins; her husband Clyde Lee Phillips; her parents, Frank Whitney and Ina Whitney; and her brothers, Delbert Whitney and Stanley Whitney.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Hawkins, Michelle Thiry (Eric) and Jon Hawkins (Allison); her daughter-in-law Jackie Hawkins; her grandchildren, Jason Sodaro (Rebeca), Whitney Pape (Justin), Matthew Thiry, Jackson Hawkins, Alyssa Broxson (Zack), Kyle Hawkins, Julie Hawkins, Callie Hawkins and Emily Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Logan and Cullen; and her siblings, Ronnie Whitney, Wayne Whitney, Twila Clark and Mary Ann Johnson.
