It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Payne Taylor in Tomball, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melba Clewis and Bruce Taylor; and his sons, Tracy Taylor and Troy Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor; his sister Gina Quintanilla; and his sons, Billy Talbott and Bobby Talbott. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
