He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wallace and Afton Wallace (Smith); his son Trevor Wallace; and his brother Dale Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dee Ann Wallace; his daughter Ashley Dyess (James); and his sisters, Wanda Aguirre and Charla Erickson.
